Laurel Fork Falls is located at Dennis Cove.  The trailhead starts where the Appalachian Trail crosses the road.  Mostly a nice forest walk until you descend to the falls where it is quite rocky (some stone stairs) on the hillside. Round trip is about 2.6miles. There are several waterfall trails in the area and you can stop to see the covered bridge in the nearby town of Elizabethton, TN.  Don't forget to stop by Pals Sudden Service for a treat!
