Benton Falls is an easy out and back 3.2 mile trail.  There is a nominal parking/day use fee at the trailhead, so bring some cash.  This trail is quite sandy similar to the trails in South Carolina. Other than a gradual descend out to the falls, the only challenge may be once you turn to go down to the falls.  There are rock steps, but they are more naturalistic than evenly distributed.
